Structure and working principle
1)
Structure
It
consists of left and right excavating shovel, sending and separating
organization, frame, paving slipping bar, ground wheel, gearbox
and universal joint, etc.
2)
Working principle
When
the set advances, excavating shovel lift the soil layer with peanut,
which pass backward under the function of mass force. The takeup
pole after shovel makes some earth separate from peanut, the other
parts are sent to horizontal-pole tooth on separating chain to hang
there. In the course of rising, most soil is shaken off. The peanuts
are thrown behind the machine and put on the left ground along the
advance direction guided by slippery bar.
