Corn seeder with fertilization function

1. Characteristics of structure
The machine is connected with tractor with three-point hookup, short turn radius and high efficiency. The devices of seeding and fertilizing are single-body type. Ground wheel is equipped at the back of the frame within the seeding width to guarantee the range of seeding can reach the edge of the ground. Knife-type ditcher decreases the resistance of soil and can finish the operation of deep fertilization and seeding in the non-plough field with stubble.

Structure and working principle
Refer to the diagram for the whole structure.
The machine consists of the following parts:
1. Frame
2. Shovel for stubble-breaking and ditchdigging
3. Seeding system in row
4. Seeding shovel
5. Running part
6. Ground wheel
7. Spring leader
8. Fertilizer feeder

(1) Frame
It binds every part into a complete machine, and connects with tractor through the upper and lower hanging pins installed on the frame. The seeder is adopted frame structure welded with square tube beam and angle steel.
The ground wheel supports the whole machine, provide power and drive seed-feeding device through transmission system.
It consists of ground wheel and its arm, tight wheel and its arm, shaft of ground wheel, sprocket wheel, etc.
(2) Seed-feeding device
It consists of seed case assembly, seed-feeding device, seeding axle and sprocket wheel. Its material is high-density reinforced plastic, which is wear-resisting anti-aging. The form is honeycomb. Every delve can hold 2-4 seeds. Seeding case has seed clearing board and rubber, the interval between them is no more than 0.5mm. Ideal seeding result can be achieved by adjusting them.
(3) Transmission system
The ground wheel transmits power to seeding axle through sprocket wheel and bicycle chain. The ratio of transmission is 0.94. Tight wheel set up in the middle make the chain's degree of tightness proper and transmit power to the axis of fertilizer feeder through two-china wheel and the second group transmission chain at the same time.
(4) Shovel for stubble-breaking and ditchdigging
It consists of handle, spade, left and right soil-dividing boards and underprop through welding, ditching deeply with little resistance. If traction force is little, it is proper to lower the shovel to reduce the depth of ditching.
(5) Seeding ditcher
The application of shovel ditcher decrease the ditching resistance so as to seed well. Adjusting the ditching depth of the shovel or moving it to left or right by 10-20mm can solve the problem of unsatisfactory stubble-breaking result.
(6) Spring leader
This machine is equipped with pressurizing device of spring leader. When being use, if the slippage rate increase, it is proper to heighten the open pin to increase the pressing stress of the spring.
Out-trough wheel guarantee even fertilizer-feeding. Regulation the nut can change the amount of fertilizer fed. Adjusting the position of fertilizer feeder can make the chain in proper degree of tightness.
